Greek-Czech-Canadian artist Zoja Smutny’s ROSÉ PORN will have its world premiere this Thursday (November 5) at Dancemakers, Toronto’s leading-edge and second oldest contemporary dance company.
ROSÉ PORN is a 60-minute live art performance created in collaboration with DJ and record producer Victoria Cheong, featuring Brendan Jensen. This interdisciplinary experience invites the audience to sit, walk, lie down, close their eyes or take pictures while the performers build environments in which a dance or song can occur. Sounds fun, right?! It will be!
ROSÉ PORN takes place at Dancemakers in the Distillery Historic District (313 – 9 Trinity Street) November 5–7 at 8:00 p.m. and November 7 at 3:00 p.m.
Tickets are $20/25 and can be purchased online or in person. Space is limited so don’t wait! Check out the website for more information on Zoja Smutny and ROSÉ PORN.
