This Friday, Uncle Bad Touch will play their first Montreal show, with guests Desert Owls and Griefer, at Sala Rossa, to benefit Montreal zine Four Minutes to Midnight.

Uncle Bad Touch is Mikey Heppner’s (Priestess, Corpusse) latest musical venture. Freshly hatched, the trio has spent the past few months in a mad creative binge churning out brilliant garage rock nuggets.  

Four Minutes to Midnight is an award-winning Montreal zine that explores the relationship between language (“bad” poetry), typography, and political engagement. The 11th issue is a collection of poetry by FA Nettlebeck, a cult post beat writer who lives somewhere in Oregon.
