Re-imagined specifically for Canadian audiences in this exclusive and limited run, playwright Heidi Schreck invites audiences to explore the dynamic relationship between individuals and the foundational principles of their country, sparking conversations around citizenship, rights, and democracy. Silent Screen/Body of Work/Rhapsody
The National Ballet of Canada presents a triple bill, honouring the legacy and future of dance, with two Canadian premieres in dramatically different styles, plus a special solo performance by retiring Principal Dancer and Choreographic Associate Guillaume Côté. Silent Screen features Sol León and Paul Lightfoot’s mesmerizing choreography, while Body of Work precedes Côté’s final performances with the National Ballet in June 2025 after an amazing 26 years with the company, and Rhapsody, choreographed by Sir Frederick Ashton, highlights his poetic storytelling and elegant style.
