Where I live, special occasions like Halloween, parties, and cleaning the house mean one thing: Abba blaring so loud your ears bleed. Nothing gives me more pleasure than doing the Zombie Walk while Dancing Queen plays in the background (word to Leonard), and that’s why I squealed with uncontained excitement (#truth) when Captain McNeely sent this info my way. On May 28th, The Royal Cinema is starting a concert series called Live at the Royal, and kicking it off with none other than Abbamania. The night will also feature a ’70s costume contest, and a Bee Gees tribute show from Night Fever. Proceeds from the evening will be donated to Shoppers Drug Mart Weekend to End Women’s Cancers.
