Craving Chinese? Us too, always. The Gladstone is going to satisfy your jones for jasmine with a Culinary Tasting inspired by the flavours of Chinatown.
What’s on the menu? Chef Michael G. Smith has created a mouthwatering medley of Chinese flavours: mango poached scallop salad, smoked pork and corn soup, jasmine scented duck fried rice and banana cake with red bean and sesame. The evening will include four flights of wine.
To round out the evening, check out two TIFF: Future Projections exhibitions at the hotel. Ming Wong’s Making Chinatown in the 2nd Floor Gallery, and Liang Yue’s The Quiet Room in the Art Bar.
Tickets for the Culinary Tasting are $85 each. Buy them here.
