Why we like: Remember that obnoxious diddy you used to sing in the school yard? “First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes x in the baby carriage!” Funny how we all sang this innumerable times each day, yet we don’t live by the values it attempts to instill. Nowadays the baby often comes before love or even marriage, and most often the love leaves after the baby. Our priorities have indeed been reworked, which brings me to my point of focus… travel, travel, travel. There’s a plethora of ways to become more worldly whether we’re road tripping to Burlington, Vermont (Hi William!) or fleeing the 9-5pm office for a quaint getaway in Sin City (only 2 more sleeps!) But us young “coolhunting” voyagers need guidance, and those colorful travel brochures do nothing for me. Where should I go? What will I see? What’s the nightlife like? Can I afford the shopping? Finally, The Digital Explorer has done something about it!

What you’ll find there: Situate yourself, discover the best spots and let the webisodes guide you through Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec.

Where in the world: Born n’ raised in Canada.

In a nutshell: Sifting through monotonous travel research is no longer required. Gain insight before you go, whether you stream the videos from your computer or download to your ipod (or pristine Zune). This newfound technological collabo will bring your vacation to the next-level – if only they can travel (and film) fast enough!
