On November 12, join the discussion with MaRS DISCOVERY DISTRICT as part of the Consumer and Commerce Conversation Series.

MaRS is pleased to host a screening of The True Cost, a documentary that has been sweeping film festivals and fashion media across the world. Directed by Andrew Morgan filmed, the documentary was filmed in countries all over the world.

The True Cost features interviews with the world’s leading influencers including Stella McCartney, Livia Firth and Vandana Shiva and gives us an eye-opening journey into the lives of the many people and places behind our clothes.

After the screening, guests are invited to stick around for an inspiring discussion by Morgan about positive changes in the retail industry and what needs to be done going forward.
