Toronto fans of Taylor Swift… are you ready for it? The singer’s highly-anticipated Toronto concert dates are approaching quickly at the end of 2024. Whether you’re on the waitlist for tickets or were among the lucky ones to score a seat, a massive fan event announced today will allow Toronto Swifties to congregate ahead of the concerts this November at Toronto’s Version: Taylgate ’24. 

The Taylgate ‘24 will take place in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from 1 pm-11 pm on all six sold-out dates of The Eras Tour in Toronto: November 14-16 and November 21-23. 

The Eras Tour is the highest-grossing tour of all time, and massive crowds are expected both inside and in the area around The Rogers Centre, where Swift will be performing. There’s a good chance that many of these November evenings in Toronto will be chilly and dark, so the Taylgate will offer a warm, safe, and accessible space for concertgoers and other fans to meet, mingle, and get excited for the show, only 5 minutes away from the venue. The event has the capacity to welcome more than 12,000 fans each day, allowing thousands to take part in the excitement leading up to the concerts.

 Here are some of the activations Swifties can look forward to at the Taylgate ‘24:

  • Bracelet-making and exchange area: Make the friendship bracelets! Take part in one of the most beloved traditions at The Eras Tour at this designated spot for making and trading Taylor-inspired bracelets.
  • Makeup Station: Professional makeup artists will be on site to give fans a concert-ready touch-up, whether it’s a classic red lip or a sharp cat eye.
  • Photoworthy Installations: Remember this moment! There will be photo-ops around the venue for you to commemorate the night with your concert squad.
  • Dance Arcade: Shake it off to Taylor tunes with fellow concertgoers at the Dance Arcade.
  • Concert-Ready Merch: Attend the concert in style with commemorative apparel available for purchase.
  • Parents Waiting Lounges: Parents and guardians not attending the concert can wait in peace at these lounges, only 5 minutes away from The Rogers Centre.

The last time Swift was in Toronto was in September 2022, for the TIFF premiere of All Too Well: The Short Film. Swift greeted huge crowds of fans gathered outside the downtown theatre, eager to catch a glimpse of the superstar.
