If I am ever rich and famous enough (Note: tastefully famous, like more Chloe Sevigny famous, less Paris Hilton famous, y’know?) to be able to afford a personal stylist, I will be calling Leith Clark the minute that money’s in the bank. This Canadian-born, Britain-based stylist and magazine editor (she’s the founder and editor-in-chief of dreamy, girly-girl, magic cult mag Lula, and if you didn’t already know that, you are the most welcome) got her start at British Vogue and styles celebrities like Keira Knightley, Kirsten Dunst, Clémence Poésy, and Alexa Chung regularly, in addition to countless ad campaigns and print publications. Oh, also, her style is adorably pretty. Lace dresses, Peter Pan collars, flouncy skirts, ballet flats, bows, and button-up blouses; it’s like how you dressed at your birthday party when you were nine except not saccharine. It’s girly, grown up. And I am feeling it so. Much. Because who doesn’t want to play make believe again?
