The Stillwater Spa at The Park Hyatt is top of the line luxury; they know what they are doing. As if the 90 minute massage wasn’t enough, they slip on warm booties and give you a soft neck pillow. I could live there forever.

Whoever gets this treat can arrive early for a lie down/detox in the steam room, which warrants a visit on its own. Hot stones connect with pressure points and feel amazing going on. For frigid winter temps, this is a pretty good idea.

Sweetgrass Spa Lomi Lomi Massage
Somebody told me that this treatment was like a dolphin hugging you, over and over again. Sold!  For someone who has had a particularly trying year, this traditional Hawaiian massage will make them feel really good on the inside and out. It is super relaxing. It’s like a love massage….but therapeutic, not dirty.

The Works Body Scrub at Body Blitz
This is for ladies only. Not only is a body scrub total sensual decadence, but getting them this treatment will also include access to the water therapies. They can relax in a gorgeous (the most gorgeous) pool area that includes a hot green tea pool, saltwater pool, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room and relaxing lounge chairs for paper reading or smoothie sipping. Treated guest can opt for a bather or bare it all! 
The Works Body Scrub treatment includes: body wash + body scrub + scalp treatment + face mask + face serum + face moisturizer + body lotion + hair wash + hair conditioner.  Please note, that this treatment does involve the bust, so comfort level should be considered.
