We take our chip parties seriously. Last time, we took over the entire back patio of Cold Tea and brought in a chef to cook up burgers on a fire pit (then we topped the burgers with Pringles). This time, we were challenged to host a Mexican Fiesta, so we called our favourite Mexican to help us do it right.
Andres Marquez, one of the partners at Kensington’s new Reforma 35, joined us in the kitchen and showed us how to do amazing things with Pringles Tortillas chips. (Um, we went WAY beyond salsa and guac.) Andres wowed us with his creative recipes that integrated Pringles Tortillas into traditional Mexican fare.

While Andres was busy cooking, our resident cocktail goddess Jenny Morris shook up some tequila margaritas, served properly with salted rims and lime.
Yes, we drank tequila, ate tacos built with Pringles chips and finished the evening with Pringles dipped in melted chocolate. It was as decadent, naughty and as delicious as it sounds. If we haven’t convinced you that hosting a chips-for-dinner Mexican Fiesta is the best idea ever, then these guys surely will.
The playful fun only Pringles can deliver, now in a delicious tortilla crisp. Delicioso, Mamacita!!! #VivaTortillas!
