Break out your 1920s garb and get ready to step back in time at the Gatsby Garden Party.
The fun takes place this Saturday and Sunday, June 23-24, 12-5 p.m. on the grounds of the historic Spadina Museum (285 Spadina Rd.). Guests will be treated to live jazz music, short movie screenings presented by the Toronto Silent Film Festival, vintage vendors, games and mugshots at The Stables Gambling Den, gramophone demonstrations, dance lessons, a photobooth, croquet, and other 1920s-themed activities. There’s also a costume contest, so come dressed in your flapper best!
Food vendors will be on site, but you can also pack yourself a picnic lunch and bring it inside. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at the event.
Tickets for the Gatsby Garden Party are $12.50 each and can be purchased here.
