On June 14 & 15th, Toronto foodies flocked to a big ol’ lot off of Sterling Road in the Junction Triangle to enjoy drinks and nibbles from some of the city’s top restaurants. Now in its fifth year, The Stop Night Market has become one of the most anticipated food events to kick off summertime, and all proceeds support The Stop’s critical food access and community-building programs.
Underlying all of The Stop’s efforts is the belief that food is a basic human right. (Hear, hear!) This year, they were able to raise a whopping $215,000 to support the cause. Well done!
Boralia, Dailo, 416 Snack Bar, Enoteca Sociale, Oyster Boy, Rose & Sons and SO MANY MORE of our absolute favourites were there to delight our appetites and support Torontonians in need. What makes this event even cooler is that each restaurant is paired with a local design team, so every booth is a work of art in itself. We love it when disciplines come together to celebrate a variety of talents.
It was an evening of glorious warm weather & even warmer hearts.
