Congrats, Toronto! This year’s Biblio Bash raised nearly $700,000 for Youth Empowerment Programs and Services at Toronto Public Library.
For the second annual Biblio Bash, the Toronto Reference Library was transformed into a glamorous black-tie gala, where Canada’s top authors, local philanthropists, entrepreneurs and arts and culture lovers dolled up to the nines in support of one great cause: to make a powerful difference in the lives of Toronto’s youth.
Guests enjoyed an impressive silent auction, a premiere screening of I’m Library People (a documentary short film directed by Official Pictures), and an epic playlist from the library’s vinyl collection, spun by DJ Wade O. Brown and accompanied by Sean Jones + The Collective, who had this crowd dancing ALL night long!
