After two sold-out launch events in Toronto and Chicago last year, the Tastemaker Tour is bringing the ultimate culinary house party to Evergreen Brick Works (550 Bayview Ave.) with help from some of the city’s top chefs, mixologists, artisans, and producers.
Tastemaker Toronto runs this Friday, May 10, through Sunday, May 12, and will feature Charlotte Langley of Scout Canning, Alexandra Feswick of The Drake, Afrim Pristine of Cheese Boutique, Michael Hunter of Antler, Brandon Olsen of La Banane, Paula Navarrete of Momofuku Kojin, Anna Chen of Alma, Carl Heinrich of Richmond Station, and twelve other chefs all collaborating to make something unique for each session.
Fancy a drink? At the Tastemaker Bar, mixologists will be putting local twists on your favourite libations. There will also be a rotation of DJs spinning throughout the day and night, plus interactive rooms and other surprises.
Sessions run Friday and Saturday, 2-5 p.m. and 7-11 p.m., or Sunday, 12-4 p.m. Tickets range from $59.71 to $79.08 (food and drinks included) and can be purchased online or at the door (it’s recommended you buy ahead of time to avoid sold-out sessions).
