Gather your friends, put on your dancing shoes, and get ready to socialize. Box of Kittens is proud to announce the first Sunday Afternoon Social of 2016 at Loft404 (263 Adelaide St. W.), and they’ve invited some very special guests to help them warm up the space.

In the North Wing, Mark Oliver will be digging through his extensive record crates and playing a rare acid jazz, funk, and soul set. He’ll be joined by Medicineman (world beat), and Ali Black and Pooyan (modern soul and disco).

Mark Oliver and the Box of Kittens DJs will be holding things down in the South Wing with techno, house, and disco tunes.

The party kicks off at 3:30 p.m. and goes until 10:30. Advance tickets are sold out, but there will be a limited number available at the door on a first come first serve basis.
