At NORDEN: The Festival of Cool, Noma co-founder and highly acclaimed chef Claus Meyer will give his first talk to a Toronto audience about the Nordic food revolution. Following this, you’ll be able to brunch on a menu inspired by Meyer’s manifesto and created by Toronto chef Anthony Rose (Rose and Sons).

Skate to performances by Hildur, WhoMadeWho, DJ Annie, and Nive and the Deer Children on the Natrel rink, and experience installations by renowned Danish artist Anders Herwald Ruhwald as well as a portrait series by iiu Susiraja.
