I made these No-Bake Peanut Butter Snack Bites with my mama a couple of weeks ago and have been looking forward to carving out a bit of time this coming weekend for a repeat.
When the two of us get together in the kitchen, we always have loads of fun dancing around and singing whatever pops into our heads.
On this particular Saturday I was feeling extra sassy and decided to try to teach my mom what I’d learned in (beginners) ballet class earlier in the week – pirouettes. I was very excited to show her my spotting technique and elegant turns after hyping up my progress on the car ride over. As soon as our no-bake peanut butter snacks went into the fridge to chill I went for it right in the kitchen aaaand….. wiped right out during my first try.
But that’s enough about my lack of coordination and body awareness; these babies ain’t gonna make themselves!
For a fun variation, try making these Peanut Butter Snack Bites with Sprinkles!
