Marché Nënë, the super-cute curated design market in Montreal is coming to Toronto, and they’re bringing their unique collection of funky housewares, illustrations, fashion, and accessories for kids.
On May 8th, visit their one-day-only Mother’s Day pop up, Nënë Pop Toronto, alongside the Mother’s Day brunch at the Gladstone (1214 Queen St. W). They’ll have a meticulous selection from 20 artists local to Toronto and Montreal/Quebec whose handmade goods are geared toward the young (and young at heart). Look for pieces by Charlie & Gus, La fée raille, Jules mon poisson bulle, tuta & coco, and more.
There will be plenty for your little ones to do too: a half-hour workshop with Karen Gilodo focusing on animals; including songs, stories and a dramatic play using masks, children’s music by Annabelle & Willow, and rock music by Brian Mac Millan.
Nënë Pop Toronto runs from 9am to 4:30pm and is free to all.
