On Monday, August 18, the staff of Momofuku Daishō will serve up drinks and snacks to support the Remix Project, an organization that helps support creative youth in marginalized or underserved communities to pursue careers in arts industries. (Grads of the program include Wondagurl, the 16-year-old whose beat was featured on Magna Carta Holy Grail.)
