Love trivia? Have a passion for pop culture? We had such a blast hosting a series of trivia nights last year with BROOKSIDE Chocolate, that we’ve decided to bring it back! But this time, we’re going virtual. 

Every Thursday, from May 14 to June 4, join us from the comfort of your home to test your knowledge on some of the most memorable throwback films, TV shows, and pop-culture moments from the 2000s!

Individual winners with the highest scores will receive surprise gift packs mailed directly to their homes via contactless delivery, courtesy of BROOKSIDE Chocolate.

2000s Movie Trivia with host Jen McNeely, Founder of Shedoesthecity.com

Lost In Translation, Bridget Jones Diary, Black Swan, Ghost World, Mean Girls – this was a decade of both groundbreaking indie films, and blockbuster hits! From beloved Rom-Coms to Oscar winners, see if you can recall the biggest film moments of this era!

Arrested Development, Will & Grace, 30 Rock, Curb Your Enthusiasm: some of the best shows hit their peak in the early-mid 2000s. Which was your favourite, and how much do you remember?

2000s Reality TV with host Danielle Finestone, Founder of TO Foodies 

Think back to when you first watched Survivor—it was wild. This is the decade when reality TV was birthed, or when our prime-time entertainment got weird. The Bachelor, Laguna Beach, The Simple Life – we were obsessed. Time to go back and revisit the beginning of a revolution.

2000’s Biggest Music Moments with host Emily Mills, Founder of How She Hustles 

Mary J Blige, Pink, No Doubt, Missy Elliot, Eminem, Avril Lavigne – who were you listening to 15-20 years ago? It’s a throwback alright!

Beyond a fun way to connect, and travel back in time, this event will also give back. For every RSVP we receive, BROOKSIDE Chocolate will donate $15 to Food Banks Canada.  

Space is limited, so RSVP to the links below in advance for one (or all!) of the trivia nights. Access is available to all, though you must RSVP to receive the access code to join. Feel free to share the RSVP link with your friends so they can partake in a night of friendly competition alongside you. The first 10 RSVPs of each trivia night will receive a BROOKSIDE Chocolate gift pack to enjoy while you play*.  

How Do I Play?

Visit brooksidechocolatetrivia.ca to sign up! All participants must download the following platforms prior to the start of the trivia session:

  2. Kahoot! (best downloaded and played on your mobile device https://kahoot.it/)

NOTE: Access codes to log in and further instruction will be sent prior to trivia night.

How Do I Win?

Winners with the 10 highest scores from each trivia night will receive a surprise gift pack of goodies to enjoy from BROOKSIDE Chocolate. All winners will be contacted immediately following each trivia night for their shipping details*. To ensure seamless communication, we request you use the same username and email address for all trivia platforms.
