Yorkville gets a dose of California cool style from Los Angeles brand James Perse. They’ve set up shop in the Hazelton Lanes and are bringing a taste of what Cali’s all about.

What is that, you may be thinking? Well, James Perse is essentially synonymous with basics. Effortless t-shirts, airy dresses, and slouchy shorts are what the brand does best. If you’re searching for that T that you will wear day in and day out until the seams come apart, James Perse is your brand. They even have a section just dedicated to loungewear, so that’s pretty perfect. 

The designer, whose name is—you guessed it—James Perse, is a Cali guy straight from the start, but his clothing is sold everywhere in the States from Norstrom to Saks Fifth Avenue, and even here in Toronto at our beloved Holt Renfrew.
