The Parkbus is a very cool service that runs passengers from various points around Toronto to camping locations in Southern Ontario, making parkland accessible without a car.
They’re heading up to Killarney on the weekend of Oct. 12th for their last run of the season. Return trips are $89.98 for adults, $81.98 for students and seniors, and $45.98 for children. They also offer special group rates for four or more people.
The Parkbus website has incredible resources, and will help you book a campsite and some wilderness activities. If your Thanksgiving weekend isn’t already stuffed (ha. Ha ha.), this is a great way to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
Buses leave from York Mills, 30 Carlton St. and Dufferin and Bloor to three points in Killarney.
