We simply love Gluten Free Garage! Truth be told, we’re not 100% gluten-free just yet, but we love learning about healthy (and yummy!) alternatives as well as the stories behind the entrepreneurs who have all taken risks to launch health-conscious businesses they believe in. It’s also a ton of fun! (See girl on the smoothie-making bicycle.)

This popular event is now bi-annual and brings together over 60 vendors to the beautiful Artscape Wychwood Barns building at St. Clair and Christie. We enjoyed petting dogs (see 9-week-old Harvey in pics below) and slowly walking the aisles to sample and savour all the delights being offered.

It’s always lovely to be able to meet the people behind the product and we left with a bag full of biz cards and new gluten-free dips, cereals, breads and desserts to take home.

It should be noted that the individuals who we snapped last weekend had noticeably glowy complexions and radiated positivity. Perhaps this is reason enough to make the switch.
