On Saturday November 21, Ghana Medical Help presents Gala for Ghana, an immersive experience bringing the sights and sounds of Ghana to life. Guests will enjoy locally inspired cocktails and hors d’oeuvres among the vibrant colours and joyful music of Ghana. A decadent three-course dinner will follow, featuring entertainment that is out-of-this-world – a keynote presentation and musical performance by celebrated Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield.

Proceeds from the Gala will go to Ghana Medical Help (GMH), a Canadian charity with a global health focus. Since its inception in 2010, GMH has been working to improve the quality and availability of health care in northern Ghana. Together, GMH and its partners have been able to save lives and alleviate suffering for over two million West Africans.
