The two hour seminar and workshop will provide you with all the info and tools you need to fuel all aspects of your life from discovering the best approach to eating to focusing on nutrition instead of calories and learning easy and delicious ways to embrace healthy living. You’ll discover how positive and negative thoughts impact well-being and shape your habits, in a supportive group setting.
