If you haven’t been yet, go-go-go! With over twenty-five local vendors, and open seven days a week, Front Street Foods is our favourite culinary addition to Toronto this year.
For those who work in the financial district, Front Street Foods has become a favourite for morning coffees at Hula Girl Espresso or Station Cold Brew, and with 28 local vendors, it’s definitely the number one pit-stop for lunch.
Although we don’t work in the area, we’ve enjoyed making it a destination for dinner. Open until 9pm, Monday to Saturday, and until 6:30pm on Sundays, Front Street Foods is an excellent place to meet friends for a casual dinner with a ton of choices. The noise of Front Street is also quiets after rush hour, allowing guests to relax on picnic benches and take in a view of both Union Station and the historic Fairmount Royal York.
Here are just some of the vendors we’ve been enjoying: Mad Mexican, Cava Sur, Caplansky’s, Little Fin, Holy Chuck Burger, Hotbunzz Street Cuizine, Pekoe Kombucha Bar, Jedd’s Frozen Custard and MANY MORE.
Check the calendar, as beyond delicious eats, there is live music and special events regularly programmed.
