Curator, choreographer, and contemporary dancer Eroca Nichols (aka Lady Janitor) is on a mission to make dance more fun, and she’s taking up the crusade at Harbourfront this week as part of the NextSteps 11/12 program, which features globally-inspired dance from Canadian performers. Badass Dance Fun is a mini-festival of experimental contemporary dance. Expect the unexpected, and some seriously loud music. Each programme features a different group of dancers from Canada and beyond. Check out some of Eroca’s work below.
