Back in April, we hosted a wine tasting where we got to pair 4 different Montes Wines with savoury Chilean fare. If you missed our post, you can check it out here, then take a look at the video below!
Between the delicious food pairings (empanadas + red wine = AMAZING), our wonderful sommelier Karen who lead the tasting, and a newfound appreciation for the winemaking process, I think we speak for the group when we say that we all had a pretty damn good time!
Aaaaand, we just found out that Montes Wines released a Montes Outer Limits Sauvignon Blanc 2015 on April 30th! With notes of fresh pineapple, white peach, asparagus and artichoke hearts, and a price tag of $19.95, this is sure to become a summer staple. Also makes for a great hostessing gift!
