When Bloor Street Entertains, it really entertains.
Last Wednesday, on the eve of World AIDs Day, well-dressed guests flooded Yorkville for a party of epic proportions and excellent motives: CANFAR organizes the annual event to contribute to the global fight against HIV and AIDs.
Kicking off the night in the lavishly-decorated Royal Ontario Museum, guests sipped cocktails and bid on top-of-the-line items in the fabulous yearly auction before moving on to intimate meals at some of the city’s most delicious restaurants. Then it was back to the ROM for dancing and drinking til the wee hours. With performances by local artists and gorgeous arrangements by Toronto florists, the evening looked good and felt good: over the years the event has raised over $5M for CANFAR.
