Summer is alllllllllmost over, people. But the good news is there are still a few opportunities left to snag some of Ontario’s most beautiful flowers.
Tomorrow, Saturday, August 17, swing by the Toronto Flower Market for a gorgeous selection of blooms. These babies have been been soaking up the summer sun (and drinking up as much rain as they can), so you can bet they will be bursting with colour and life at this weekend’s market.
There are so many options (lisianthus, cosmos, dahlias, salpiglossis, foxglove, xanthos, clematis, carnations, sunflowers and garden roses) that it’s almost impossible to choose. May we suggest a bit of everything?!
Make sure to swing by the Toronto Flower Market tent to scope out all the sweet market swag, including re-useable nylon grocery bags ($20) and “In Bloom” market posters (14×20) by Maria Jose Arias ($30).
The Toronto Flower Market takes place Saturday, August 17 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at CAMH (1001 Queen St W). The market is free, completely open to the public and rain or shine.
