Until Wednesday August 26, check out Project Gallery’s exhibition entitled These Peoples. It is the first solo exhibition of the talented contemporary artist Alex Sheriff.
Through mixed media works on paper and canvas, tapestries, and video animations, These Peoples tells the stories of a fictional society as Sheriff explores dreamy narratives of thick jungles, ocean bottoms, and deep space.
Sheriff created this body of work in New York City, where he is currently completing his MFA at Parsons the New School of Design. This unique exhibition involves interventions in the space and creates a truly immersive aesthetic experience.
Check it out before it’s too late!
