Pages UnBound Literary & Arts Festival is back! Happening from Thursday May 5 to Sunday May 8 at the AGO’s Jackman Hall and The Gladstone Hotel Ballroom, join in on a weekend of spectacle, performance and conversation.
Now in its third year, this interdisciplinary festival continues to blur the boundaries between literature and the arts, presenting the most interesting voices from the worlds of literature, photography, theatre, film and art.
Programming is spread over the course of four days and includes talks and performances with seven Governor General’s award winning artists, including Mark Lewis, Jordan Tannahill, Michael Snow, Vera Frenkel, Ed Burtynsky, Mary Walsh, and John Oswald, as well as many new and notable Canadian names.
Other highlights:
- Opening night: A CANADA Evening, curated by Mark Lewis and Chantal Pontbriand. This multimedia event will feature literature, video, music, and more, by artists from Canada and around the world.
- Closing night: Photography Bound, in collaboration with the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival
