Who wears tight jeans? We do! And so do Degrassi babes, top-model diva Stacey Mackenzie, and dance fox Blake McGrath, all of whom gathered at Diesel’s new store, nestled in the heart of Yorkville, to celebrate the Italian denim designer opening a permanent home in Toronto. A beautiful, airy space with dark wooden fixtures and lavishly-lit display areas, the store is the perfect place to show off Diesel’s trademark distressed-to-impress wares. From casual cotton totes that are perfect packed for the beach or an all-nighter, to fantastic face-obscuring sunglasses, the new space is about more than denim. But, of course, we couldn’t help but lust over the buttery-soft, figure flattering jeans stacked sky-high. While Evan Biddell chilled on the patio and MTV Live’s Nicole Holness cozied up to the bar, flashbulbs were popping and fabulous folks were oohing and aahing over the space, the sightings, and, of course, the style.
