ARMED, the pocket-sized jewelry shop located at 1024 Dundas Street West (Dundas & Shaw St.), is celebrating its 4th anniversary Thursday September 24th with a bash at Cooper Cole Gallery. The evening promises an outrageous photo-booth, booze and pop-up shop, but we’re most excited for designer and founder Desiree Girlato to unveil 8 new collections. Yes, 8. (Woman be busy.)
We love this Trinity Bellwoods gem for many reasons: it feels like a secret nook of pretty things, the offerings vary from everyday chains to gorg necklaces perfect for an indie wedding, there’s a table reserved for jewelry and accessories #under100, and most of the jewelry is designed and made in store by Desiree.
Below are some of the pieces we’re loving from her F/W15 Silver Fox collection, but we also can’t stop browsing her online shop with everything from Charm Bracelets ($35) to seriously wicked Body Pieces. (SEDUCE!)
If you can’t make it out to the fete this Thursday, ARMED will also have a booth at Inland’s Fashion Market (Sept 26-27). Of course, you can also stop by the sweet lil shop anytime; if you haven’t visited before, be prepared to fall hard.
