Toronto Gingers Unite for National Redhead Day & Ginger Walk

This Saturday, to mark National Redhead Day, gingers of all ages will congregate in Trinity Bellwoods Park for Toronto’s first organized Ginger Walk.

It’s a proud celebration of the uniqueness and fiery spirit that comes with being freckled and red.

Passionate leaders Nicole Simone and Yuli Scheidt even made a little video featuring some local gingers to help spread the word. Beyond a spirited rally, the walk also hopes to “end myths and bullying against gingers.”
