Get through the Front Street Food Festival in one piece! Lol.

What is the craziest/most interesting trek you’ve ever taken for either A) a great meal or B) a particular ingredient?

I did a five day climb to Machu Picchu in Peru to experience cooking at 15,000 feet in the Andes and to eat the best Ceviche in the world.
