Back for its third year, Toronto Botanical Garden presents the Edwards Summer Music Series: Gardens of Song. This FREE open-air concert series begins June 25 and continues every Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for 10 weeks (until August 27).
Gardens of Song features an exciting multi-genre lineup of 10 popular artists (kicking off with Cates Fomin Project), with a little something for everyone. Set in the beautiful courtyard adjacent to the historic barn in Edwards Gardens, admission is FREE, thanks to the Edwards Charitable Foundation. Click here to see the full list of artists.
Be sure to come early to get a spot on the Garden Cafe patio, which overlooks the concert venue, or bring your own chair. The Garden Cafe will be serving a farm-fresh supper menu along with local wine and craft beer.
If you’re interested in seeing more of the garden, free guided tours are also available, departing from the main entrance at 6 p.m. You can also rent a handheld audio tour for $5 for your own personal stroll.
