Running until May 10, the Thompson Landry Gallery in the Distillery District presents FACES, an exhibition showcasing six talented artists whose pieces all capture the dynamic qualities of the human face. These portraits are so stunning, you have to see for yourself! From figural to abstract, from bright colour to subdued, each Quebec artist uses a variety of styles and mediums to challenge the traditional practices of today’s portraiture.
FACES showcases the brilliant artistry of Sylvain Coulombe, Joan Dumouchel, Dominique Fortin, Laurence Nerbonne, Isabelle Tremblay and Zane Turner.
