Lipstick has made a comeback. 

What girl doesn’t feel a little bit giddy after she walks out of a department store with a brand new lipstick?  After all, with the possibilities that a little bullet of colour represents and its ability to create a “new you”: pink for girly, muted rose for demure, and red for sexy siren – what’s not to love about lipstick? 

For quite a few seasons, lipstick took a back seat to gloss and tinted lip balms. Lipsticks were deemed “high maintenance” and too much effort; but lately, strong bold lips are all over the place and cosmetic companies are creating formulas that are rich, hydrating and wearable.
