Here’s a different take on an easy morning smoothie. Instead of using berries, like I usually do, we’re using an apple.
Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
1.25 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ gala apple
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1-2 swiss chard leaves (option to remove stems)
¼ avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes (if you want it cold)
