The Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women Against Rape is holding their annual bowlathon on March 7th. And they need your help.

TRCC/MWAR is the only Rape Crisis Centre in Toronto. The bowlathon fundraiser is vital for keeping the centre’s services—24/7 crisis phone line, face-to-face & group counselling, education seminars, advocacy, and appointment accompaniments (legal/medical)—available to support survivors of sexual violence across the GTA.

The Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women Against Rape have been listening and supporting survivors for over 40 years, and they need your help to make sure they are around for another year!

Want to help? Create a team of 6-8 people, register your team at bowalthon@trccmwar.ca, raise a minimum of $1200 (as a team), & come join us on March 7th at 4pm or 7pm (let us know when you register). TRCC/MWAR will cover all the bowling costs (including shoe rental), provide a meal, and give you the opportunity to win some really amazing prizes donated by incredibly generous (and mostly local) businesses.

If you cannot get a team together but still would like to support, they are in need of sponsorship money! Lane sponsorship starts at $275. This helps to cover the costs of the event, and allows more money raised to go directly back into the centre. All sponsors will have large signage at the event as well as acknowledgement/appreciation on all of our social media, and website.
