Wednesday night’s Midnight Snack Co. launch at the Junction City Music Hall was the tastiest event we’ve been to in recent memory. With Mary Margaret Wood steering the snack ship (having most recently worked as a chef with Jamie Kennedy Kitchens), the offerings were relentlessly delicious …pickled cauliflower w/ orange, Korean BBQ chips, homemade oreos, a three-tiered cake with colored sprinkles and countless other treats were served under disco balls, balloons and cartoon donuts.
The Midnight Snack Co. is a small snack and catering company that focuses primarily on small batch production, creating snacks “that are playful, and nostalgic, reminding us that some things just shouldn’t be taken too seriously.” We’re ALL for that. Click below to view.
