One of the things I miss the most about London is the Columbia Road flower market. There was something wonderful about waking up a little bit earlier than normal on a weekend to walk along a street filled with rows and rows of plants, succulents, and beautiful blooms. An affordable little arrangement would brighten up my room for two weeks afterwards, and holy Instagram, Batman! Basically, I love a flower market.

So GOOD NEWS for me and you: the Toronto Flower Market is starting up this Saturday, May 10th (at a new location, 1056 Queen St. W) and open every Saturday of the month from 10am-3pm until OCTOBER. Bloomin’ heck! Head down with your friends or your partner and peruse the petals, or invite mum for an early Mother’s Day treat to beat the brunch crowds on Sunday. Either way, you’ll be a hero.
