The blogging powerhouses behind Toronto’s Fat Girl Food Squad have gone IRL this week, with a new art show at 2186 Dundas called “Fat in Public.” After a bumpin’ opening last Thursday, the exhibit is open for just two more days (Tuesday and Wednesday) before it’s gone FOREVER. There’s not much time! Featuring body-positive sculpture, crafts, photography and more from a plethora of local artists, Fat in Public seeks to “de-stigmatize the (fat) body and give an outlet for art featuring imperfect and sybaritical characters in equal measure.”
Head down to appreciate some fine, fat art and learn what sybaritical means!
