Some of Toronto’s finest musical acts are coming together tomorrow night through The Live Love Large Benefit Concert for a great cause.
Locals Hooded Fang, Gentlemen Reg, and Kat Burns of Forest City Lovers will all be performing in hopes of raising $15,000 for the People With AIDS Foundation of Toronto through the Friends For Life Bike Rally.
The Friends for Life Bike Rally has become the Foundation’s number one fundraiser, providing over half of its annual operating budget. The Foundation provides practical information and support service to the over 18,000 people and their families living with HIV/AIDS in Toronto, including access to nutrition, physical and emotional therapies, and many different types of support required to live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.
The Live Love Large Benefit Concert happens tomorrow Friday, Jan. 28 at 7 pm (doors at 6:30 pm) at The Metropolitan Community Church (115 Simpson Ave.). Tickets are $25 and available at http://www.livelovelarge.org.
