On January 30, La Tulipe is ringing in 2011 with American singer and song-writer Joshua Radin. ‘The Rock and the Tide’ tour will be sweeping North America in the New Year, with Canadian stops in both Montreal and Toronto. Although Schuyler Fisk is not expected to join the tour, the possibility of Radin even humming Paperweight (the ‘Dear John’ anthem) in an off-hand way is arguably reason enough to attend and/or add a pair of tickets to your holiday wishlist!

Honestly now, staying up all night to stare at your significant other? Wondering what he/she is dreaming and thinking that this individual is different from any other person you’ve ever been with? That’s real romance, boys and girls. Take notes, Radin knows where it’s at. With Andrew Allen and Anya Marina opening, the new decade really can’t come quickly enough!
