On Thursday, June 20, Toronto Wildlife Centre is hosting an epic Summer Solstice Party, and we’re thrilled to jump on board as a media sponsor. This important event will benefit TWC’s core programs, including wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, and will go toward helping sick, injured and/or orphaned animals get a second chance at life in the wild.
The midsummer’s eve fundraiser will include a retro video dance party spun by DJ Lazarus, a burlesque show, tapas-style food and cocktails, and a silent art auction. Limited tickets remaining for this exclusive event, so get yours now!
The Toronto Wildlife Centre promotes the peaceful coexistence of people and wildlife by providing education and expert advice about wildlife situations, and providing medical care to sick, injured and orphaned wild animals with the ultimate goal of releasing healthy animals back into the wild. It’s Canada’s biggest and busiest Wildlife Centre, and is funded primarily through private donations. (Still need convincing? Check out some of the adorb animals on TWC’s Instagram.)
The Toronto Wildlife Centre Summer Solstice Party takes place at the Cambria Gallery (91 Parliament Street) at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 and include a drink ticket as well as a tax receipt. This is a 19+ event. Get all the info here.
