The second edition of the Toronto Black Film Festival: Kids Film Festival returns to inspire and empower kids through the magic of filmmaking, animation and storytelling!
On February 18 starting at 11 a.m. at Carlton Cinema (20 Carlton St), kids will have the opportunity to learn, be creative and express themselves in a fun way while being exposed to Black history and Black stories. The fest will include special screenings of Supa Modo and Jim Button and Luke the Engine Driver, appearances by Allison Austin and Ava Augustin, and a whole lineup of FREE activities before and after the screenings, from African and Caribbean Folktales to mask-making.
This was such a fun event last year, so we don’t want you to miss it. Get all the info here.
