This weekend, bring your pooch to the beach for a scamper with some pups (and their moms).

Puppy Play Time w/ the Chronically Well Women takes place this Saturday 2-3:30 p.m. at Woodbine Beach (1675 Lakeshore Blvd. E). Meet at the Woodbine Bathing Station and get ready for a day of fresh air, friendship and puppy cuddles.

Whether you bring a pup of your own or want to soak up some canine magic vicariously, all are welcome. Rebecca Naylor, Health and Wellness Coach of Chronically Well Club, will welcome you with her miniature poodle puppy, Benjamin Zenz.

This free event is weather-dependent, so please check your email the morning of the event for confirmation. Wear your comfortable walking shoes – and clothes accepting of paw prints!
